You have a strong background in account management, with experience leading teams to achieve growth targets. Your ability to manage relationships with emerging and high-growth supply partners is key to your success in this role. You excel in strategic planning and are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different teams and regions.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey opportunities for revenue growth and resolve partner issues. Your analytical mindset helps you identify trends and opportunities within the supply network, ensuring that your team is aligned with both regional and country growth targets.
What you'll do
As an Account Team Lead at Agoda, you will manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, guiding them in their efforts to engage with supply partners. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy and direction of the Growth and Accelerator Team, ensuring that your team meets its objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive commercial initiatives and enhance partner relationships.
You will contribute to the development of plans that align with Agoda's overall growth strategy, focusing on maximizing the potential of your team's portfolio.
