You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the travel or hospitality industry. Your ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to derive insights from data to drive business decisions. What you'll do
As a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Agoda, you will be the primary contact for our accommodation partners, responsible for nurturing these critical relationships. You will engage with C-level stakeholders to co-develop Joint Business Plans that align with both Agoda's and the partners' objectives. Your role will involve applying strategic and project management skills to define business questions and diagnose challenges, ensuring that you can provide actionable insights. You will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, leveraging data to support your recommendations. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be essential as you navigate complex discussions and drive initiatives that benefit both Agoda and its partners. You will also be tasked with identifying and acquiring new sources of supply, ensuring that Agoda continues to expand its offerings and maintain its competitive edge in the market.
