What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Disputes and Finance Operations function, acting as the operational lead for resolving complex B2B payment discrepancies. You will oversee the validation of partner claims and work to optimize operational efficiency within the team. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the finance team, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to develop tailored business and product solutions for Agoda’s partners. Your role will require you to analyze data and provide insights that drive decision-making and improve operational processes. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
