What you'll do

As a participant in Agoda's Finance Graduate Program, you will undertake three 6-month rotations tailored to distinct tracks: Business, Operations & Controllership, and Fintech. Throughout the program, you will work on impactful projects that contribute to Agoda's business objectives. You will gain exposure to various aspects of finance, including financial analysis and operations, while developing specialized expertise in your chosen track. You will collaborate with diverse teams, enhancing your business acumen and understanding of Agoda's operations.
