What you'll do

In the Finance Graduate Program at Agoda, you will participate in three 6-month rotations, allowing you to explore different tracks such as Business, Operations & Controllership, and Fintech. You will work on meaningful projects that contribute to Agoda's financial operations and gain valuable insights into the company's dynamic business environment. Throughout the program, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhancing your understanding of financial analysis and operations. You will develop critical skills in data-driven decision-making and business acumen, preparing you for a successful career in finance.
