What you'll do

As a participant in the Finance Graduate Program, you will undertake three 6-month rotations within the Operations & Controllership track. Each rotation will provide you with exposure to multiple finance sub-functions, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Chargeback, Credit Risk, Accounts Payable, Payment Operations, and Operational Excellence. You will work on impactful projects that contribute to Agoda's business objectives while developing critical finance skills.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining insights into Agoda’s dynamic and fast-paced business environment. This program is designed to help you build a solid foundation in finance, preparing you for a successful career in the industry.
