What you'll do

As the Head of Collections, you will oversee the entire revenue cycle, ensuring that every sale is accurately billed and collected. You will lead the Pay-in Credit Risk & Collections team, driving performance and efficiency in financial operations. Your role will involve developing strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize risk, while also ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives, and you will be responsible for reporting on financial performance to senior management.
