What you'll do

As the Treasury Manager at Agoda, you will support BKNG Treasury dedicated to the Agoda brand, leading the organization and execution of global banking operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will be responsible for managing bank relationships, including overseeing the banking wallet and commercial management of fees and interest. Your role will involve designing and implementing regulatory-compliant banking solutions in collaboration with the Center of Expertise in Amsterdam.

You will drive strategy execution for complex initiatives, such as Connected Trip and regulated payments, through the design of funds flow target operating models. Your focus will be on delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Agoda's overall business strategy. You will also play a key role in enhancing banking infrastructure and treasury capabilities through automation and continuous improvement efforts.
