You have 8-10 years of experience in payroll design and operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of payroll governance and continuous improvement methodologies. Your background includes leading payroll projects and implementing robust operational frameworks that ensure efficiency and scalability. You excel in establishing strong SLAs and KPIs, fostering a disciplined culture of continuous improvement within payroll services.

You are adept at translating global payroll standards into actionable strategies, acting as a critical bridge between strategic design and operational execution. Your experience includes managing vendor transitions and supporting global expansions, ensuring that payroll operations align with organizational goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing Agoda's global payroll operational framework. You will lead the establishment of governance controls and ensure that payroll operations are robust and efficient. Your responsibilities will include embedding standards into payroll projects, overseeing system implementations, and managing vendor transitions. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Payroll to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with global payroll standards.

You will also be tasked with monitoring payroll performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing best practices across the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that payroll processes are aligned with business objectives and that they support Agoda's mission of bridging the world through travel.
