What you'll do

As a Product Design Intern at Agoda, you will be part of the Customer Experience Group (CEG) Design team, where you will assist in shaping the post-booking experience for travelers. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to identify user pain points and develop design solutions that enhance clarity and reduce effort in the user journey. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with Agoda's design standards.

You will participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques, where you will present your ideas and receive constructive feedback from your peers. Your contributions will help improve key post-booking journeys, such as booking management and self-service tools, ensuring that users feel confident and in control.

Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn about the design process from concept to implementation, gaining insights into how design decisions impact user experience and business outcomes. You will also engage in user testing to validate your designs and iterate based on real user feedback, enhancing your understanding of user-centered design principles.
