What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Strategy & Analytics team within Agoda's Strategic Partnerships department. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data and develop strategies that drive growth and profitability for Agoda's non-accommodation partners. You will set targets and manage KPIs to ensure that the team meets its objectives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement tailored business solutions that generate measurable value. Your analytical insights will guide decision-making processes and help shape Agoda's strategic direction. You will also mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
