What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that enhance Agoda's partnerships with non-accommodation providers. You will analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and profitability optimization. Collaborating closely with the Strategic Partnerships team, you will design tailored solutions that meet the needs of our partners while aligning with Agoda's business objectives.

You will manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that targets are met through effective monitoring and reporting. Your role will involve conducting in-depth data analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide insights that drive decision-making. You will also participate in cross-functional projects, working with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
