What you'll do
As the Claims Lead, you will oversee the performance of your team, ensuring that they meet the objectives set by the Global Service Manager. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Liability Claims department, focusing on efficiency and quality. Your role will involve developing training programs to enhance the skills of your team members, ensuring they are equipped to handle claims effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform policies and programs that improve the overall performance of the department. Your leadership will be crucial in connecting the functional strategy to meaningful goals for your team, driving measurable results in their daily work. What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of ₹1,190,000—₹1,696,000 INR annually, inclusive of allowances. This role may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives, equity programs, and benefits, including Employee Travel Credits.
