What you'll do

As a Market Associate, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of long-tail Hosts in your assigned territory. You will establish and nurture business relationships with emerging professional host accounts by suggesting and supporting strategic initiatives that drive their success on Airbnb. These initiatives will include supply optimization, pricing optimization, host recruitment, and platform education. You will work closely with hosts to help them optimize their listings and improve their pricing strategies, ensuring they are competitive in the market. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and education to help hosts maintain best-in-class hospitality standards for an excellent guest experience.

What we offer

Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of £40,000—£50,000 GBP annually, along with potential bonuses and equity.
