You are proactive in identifying growth opportunities and guiding hosts toward success on the Airbnb platform. You are based in Paris and are ready to engage with hosts both virtually and in person.
What you'll do
As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of hosts in your region. You will lead regular check-ins and business reviews to identify growth opportunities and guide hosts toward success. Your role will involve sharing tailored insights and implementing impactful strategies to help hosts thrive on Airbnb. You will collaborate with other Market Managers to scale education efforts through webinars and email campaigns, ensuring that hosts are well-informed about best practices and platform updates. You will also monitor the performance of your hosts, providing them with the necessary support to enhance their services and optimize their pricing. Your goal is to empower hosts to succeed, creating a positive experience for both hosts and guests on the platform. You will be a strategic partner, helping hosts navigate challenges and seize opportunities in the ever-evolving landscape of short-term rentals.
What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €61,000—€72,000 EUR for this role, along with potential bonuses and benefits.
