What you'll do
As a Spécialiste, Soutien Premium, you will work on the front lines, directly interacting with customers and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to key community members facing issues related to their reservations, particularly in the Luxe segment. You will take ownership of cases, ensuring complete resolution while fostering strong relationships with our users. Your role will involve evaluating situations and consistently seeking the best outcomes for our customers.
What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $58,000—$63,000 CAD annually, along with potential bonuses, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
