Overview

Airbnb is hiring a Team Specialist for Premium Support to assist in case handling and operational support within the Customer Support team. This role is based in Singapore and requires flexibility to adapt to various team needs.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an operational expert with a solid understanding of customer support services, ready to provide guidance and support in real-time. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while ensuring smooth operations for the team. Your flexibility allows you to adapt to changing business needs and take on various responsibilities as required. You are comfortable working with Ambassadors, Supervisors, Operations Managers, and Delivery Excellence Managers, ensuring that the team functions effectively.

What you'll do

As a Team Specialist, you will support one or more internal customer support services, enabling the Delivery team to function smoothly. Your responsibilities will include assisting in-progress casework and creating a successful operational environment for the team. You will be required to be flexible and may move to different teams within Community Support, taking on new responsibilities as needed. Your role will evolve based on business needs, and you will be expected to handle various tasks that contribute to the overall success of the Customer Support team.
