What you'll do

As a Senior Specialist, Premium Support, you will function on the front line, interacting directly with customers and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide end-to-end support to key members of our community experiencing issues with their reservations. This includes addressing concerns specifically related to the Luxury segment. You will take ownership of cases, ensuring that each issue is resolved completely while building strong relationships with users along the way. Your role will require you to assess cases independently and look for the right solutions, demonstrating your problem-solving abilities and customer service expertise.
