What you'll do

As a Senior Specialist in Premium Support, you will function on the front line, directly interacting with customers and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide end-to-end support to key members of our community, particularly those in the Luxury segment. You will take ownership of cases, ensuring complete resolution while fostering strong relationships with users. Your role will require you to work autonomously, assessing each case and constantly seeking the best solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be expected to maintain a high level of service and support, ensuring that every interaction reflects Airbnb's commitment to excellence.

What we offer

This full-time position is based in Ireland, with the possibility of relocation for the right candidate. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation in customer service. The role offers a competitive salary range of €60,000—€70,000 EUR annually, along with potential bonuses, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
