Who you are
You are an operational expert with a solid understanding of customer service processes — you thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities while providing real-time guidance and support. You are flexible and open to evolving responsibilities based on business needs, ready to adapt to different teams within Community Support as required.
You possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with Ambassadors, Supervisors, and Delivery Excellence Managers to ensure smooth case handling. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and your commitment to operational excellence make you a valuable asset to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will enable the successful resolution of core customer-facing work by supporting in-progress casework and arranging a successful operational environment for your teams. You will assist in managing customer service operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will help maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for providing operational assistance to various team members, ensuring they have the support they need to excel in their roles. This may involve coordinating with different teams and adapting to new responsibilities as the business evolves.
