What you'll do
In this role, you will support the local homes team by executing optimization campaigns that enhance the health and growth of Airbnb's host community. You will analyze end-to-end campaign performance, driving insights that inform future strategies. Your responsibilities will include building data models to identify growth opportunities and developing measurement capabilities for local partnerships.
You will provide business intelligence and data analysis to support the strategic priorities of the markets you serve. This involves auditing performance metrics and defining action plans based on your findings. You will collaborate with local teams to ensure that your insights are actionable and aligned with their goals.

What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €61,000—€72,000 EUR for this position, reflecting your skills and experience.
