What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Client Products & Emerging Tech team, you will lead a group of talented engineers in developing innovative product frameworks that address the needs of Airbnb's guests and hosts. You will oversee the design and implementation of features that leverage best practices and emerging technologies, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality solutions efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to brainstorm and prototype new ideas, guiding your team through the development process from concept to delivery.
