Desirable
Experience in the ticketing or entertainment industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with product search and recommendation systems. You are comfortable with both backend and frontend technologies, and you have a track record of successfully managing teams through the product development lifecycle.
What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Discovery team, you will lead a talented group of engineers responsible for developing features that enhance the customer journey from discovery to consideration. You will collaborate closely with product managers to prioritize and plan product enhancements that deliver value to both fans and enterprise customers. Your role will involve providing regular feedback to your team members, conducting one-on-ones, and supporting their career development. You will also play an active role in the recruiting process, helping to grow the engineering team. Additionally, you will perform code reviews and provide technical and design feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
