You demonstrate good judgment and quick decision-making skills, ensuring that you provide the best support possible for the community. Adaptability is one of your strengths, as you thrive in fast-paced environments and can remain calm under pressure. You possess excellent customer service expertise and are proactive, resourceful, and efficient in your approach to problem-solving. Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality is paramount in your role, and you understand the importance of these values in sensitive situations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of safety concerns within the Airbnb community. This includes addressing personal safety threats, domestic violence, suicide or self-harm, child exploitation, physical assault, sexual assault, drug activity, sex work, and human trafficking. You will interact directly with customers, providing them with the necessary support and guidance. Your day-to-day tasks will involve evaluating cases, communicating with affected individuals, and making informed decisions to ensure their safety and well-being. You will also collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving safety measures and enhancing community support. Your role is crucial in fostering a safe environment for both hosts and guests, and you will play a key part in upholding Airbnb's commitment to community safety.
