What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the Reliability, Platform, and Infrastructure teams to design and implement solutions that streamline monitoring and debugging processes. You will lead the development of user interfaces that are not only functional but also intuitive and engaging for engineers across Airbnb. Your primary objective will be to create a paved path that simplifies the experience for all engineers, enabling them to effectively monitor and investigate system health. You will engage with users to gather feedback and iterate on designs, ensuring that the tools you build meet their needs and enhance their workflows. You will also collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that the user experience is cohesive and aligned with Airbnb's overall mission. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability of Airbnb's systems, making it easier for engineers to maintain and improve the platform.
