What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a data squad focused on fraud and safety, designing and building scalable products and systems to detect and mitigate fraudulent activities across the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement objective indicators of success and streamline integrated data-driven decision-making processes.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytics frameworks that support the Fraud & Safety organization — your insights will guide product enhancements and operational strategies. You will also mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of problem-solving and data-driven thinking within your team.
