What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include developing reporting tools and metrics that track performance and inform decision-making processes. You will partner closely with the head of Product for Marketplace, ensuring that analytics efforts align with overall business objectives and product strategies.
You will be instrumental in driving product decisions related to pricing, calendar availability, and competitive intelligence, using your analytical skills to provide actionable recommendations. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams across the organization, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into product development and strategy. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $157,000—$185,000 USD, along with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
