What you'll do
As the Responsable de la Performance des Fournisseurs, you will oversee the operational aspects of supplier relationships critical to the success of Airbnb's Homes program. You will define the vision and governance for the global supplier ecosystem, establishing standards and incentives that drive strategic growth and operational efficiency. Your role will involve analyzing operational signals and market trends to provide clear recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and investments.
You will institutionalize executive visibility through performance reporting, enabling informed decision-making at the highest levels. What we offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of $126,000—$157,000 CAD annually, along with potential bonuses and equity options.
