You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in vendor relations, and have experience in developing strategic partnerships that drive growth and efficiency. What you'll do
As a Vendor Performance Manager, you will lead portfolio-level performance programs that enhance the effectiveness of Airbnb's vendor ecosystem. You will define standards and incentives that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring that vendors are not just compliant but also strategic partners in achieving business goals. Your role will involve stewarding contract and policy alignment, which is critical for maintaining high standards across the vendor landscape.
You will act as a senior advisor, translating market signals into clear trade-off recommendations that align with leadership priorities. What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $126,000—$157,000 CAD annually, along with potential bonuses and equity options.
