What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Market Managers and Market Associates to grow Airbnb’s Homes supply across Brazil — your focus will be on expanding partnerships with hosts and driving exceptional business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the Country Manager to execute strategic plans that align with Airbnb’s mission and resonate with local communities.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance host success and improve the guest experience — this includes identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring that the supply base meets guest expectations for value and variety. You will analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team — you will provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will also work with cross-functional partners to ensure that Airbnb delivers exceptional value to both guests and hosts in every market.
