What you'll do
As the Senior Manager, you will lead a team of 6-12 Business Development Managers and Business Coaches. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the Delivery Service Partner program across Brazil. You will guide BDMs in sourcing and supporting high-quality candidates for the program, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to launch and scale their businesses effectively. You will also oversee Business Coaches who partner with DSP owners, helping them build sustainable operations and improve delivery quality. Your role will involve advocating for DSPs by aggregating data and collaborating with regional operational support teams to address challenges. You will be instrumental in removing obstacles that hinder DSP success and will work towards improving financial, operational, and safety outcomes across the network.
