What you'll do

As the Regulatory Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of centrally run programs that align with Airbnb's regulatory requirements. You will define and implement localized strategies that play a critical role in accelerating growth and retention efforts. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that regulatory products and processes are effectively integrated into our operations.

You will analyze trends and observations to continuously refine our strategies, ensuring that they remain relevant and effective in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.
