You have a strong background in security assurance and compliance, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Your expertise in governance, risk, and compliance allows you to navigate complex regulatory landscapes effectively. You are skilled at translating technical solutions into compliance-ready outcomes, ensuring that security controls are robust and aligned with global commitments.
You excel in collaboration, working closely with auditors, regulators, business partners, and engineering teams to maintain world-class security standards. Your ability to champion best practices and drive efficiency in compliance initiatives is a key asset. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of maintaining a trusted platform in the digital space.
What you'll do
As a Senior Security Assurance Analyst at Airbnb, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and elevating the company's security posture. You will work on critical compliance initiatives such as PCI and SOX, ensuring that our controls meet industry standards. Your responsibilities will include establishing new processes and refining existing ones to drive efficiency and effectiveness in security assurance.

What we offer
