Who you are
You have a strong background in security assurance with at least 5 years of experience in managing customer security and compliance. You understand the complexities of third-party risk management and have successfully led initiatives that enhance security postures for organizations. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Procurement, sets you apart. You are familiar with AI tools and platforms, such as Vanta and Gemini, and know how to leverage them to streamline governance, risk, and compliance operations.
You are customer-centric and understand the importance of showcasing security capabilities to enterprise clients. Your experience includes leading security assurance calls and addressing complex security requests, ensuring that customer needs are met while maintaining compliance with industry standards. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks makes you a valuable asset to any organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead customer security and compliance calls, helping to close deals worldwide by demonstrating Snyk's security capabilities. You will manage the entire third-party risk lifecycle, which includes onboarding, assessments, contract reviews, monitoring, and off-boarding. Your collaboration with Product, Security, Engineering, and Sales teams will be crucial in resolving complex security requests and ensuring that customer expectations are met.
You will utilize advanced AI tools to enhance GRC operations, streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Your insights will help shape Snyk's global risk posture while enabling revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security assurance strategies that align with the company's mission to empower developers to innovate securely in the AI era. Your role will also involve staying ahead of emerging security threats and trends, ensuring that Snyk remains a leader in secure AI software development.
