What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Experimentation Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features that enhance our experimentation platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports feature flagging and experiment allocation systems, ensuring they are reliable and scalable. You will also be involved in optimizing data pipelines and libraries that calculate experiment results, making it easier for teams to analyze and act on their findings. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of the system, ensuring best practices are followed. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives that improve the experimentation process at Airbnb, driving innovation and efficiency.
