What you'll do
As the Strategy and Business Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Airbnb's Experiences business — you will own the demand strategy for priority markets and lead select global cross-functional programs. Your responsibilities will include co-developing and executing innovative strategies that enable rapid growth while ensuring alignment across various teams.
You will act as the central engine for scaling Airbnb's Experiences business globally — your role will involve analyzing market trends and leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions. You will ensure that successful experiments are converted into scalable programs, driving organizational alignment and maximizing business impact.
What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of £95,000—£120,000 GBP annually, along with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
