What you'll do
As the Strategy and Business Growth Lead, you will be responsible for co-developing and executing innovative strategies that align cross-functional teams and enable rapid growth for Airbnb’s Experiences business. You will own the demand strategy for priority markets, ensuring that initiatives are effectively scaled and aligned with organizational goals. Your role will involve leading select global cross-functional programs, acting as the nerve center for organizational alignment and the conversion of successful experiments into scalable programs.
You will leverage your analytical skills to translate data-driven insights into actionable operational plans, maximizing business impact and ensuring efficient scale. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to identify growth opportunities, developing frameworks for measuring success, and driving the execution of strategic initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Airbnb’s Experiences business, ensuring that the organization remains agile and responsive to market demands.
What we offer
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €92,000—€115,000 EUR annually, along with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
