What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Market Associates and Market Managers, focusing on maximizing partner relationships with Airbnb Homes Hosts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy for supply acquisition and host quality in the Northeast Atlantic territory, which includes states like Virginia, New York, and Massachusetts. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the team meets its KPIs and business performance goals.

You will guide your team in developing local strategies that resonate with Airbnb’s communities, ensuring a diverse and high-quality supply of listings. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize account management processes and enhance the overall guest experience.
