You are a seasoned leader with extensive experience in customer operations, particularly in number management. You have a proven track record of influencing strategy and driving operational excellence within support organizations. Your hands-on approach allows you to tackle challenges effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.

Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can surface and address operational constraints and opportunities. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Number Operations team, working closely with Success and Sales teams to ensure seamless customer communications. You will be responsible for shaping the number management strategy and addressing any constraints or risks that arise. Your leadership will guide the team in optimizing processes and enhancing customer experiences.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that operational challenges are understood and addressed promptly.
