What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Number Operations, you will lead a team focused on enhancing Aircall’s number management strategy. You will work closely with the VP of Customer Support & Experience to surface and address operational constraints and opportunities. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, including Success and Sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness in number operations. This includes identifying risks and challenges, proposing solutions, and ensuring that your team is equipped to handle the demands of a rapidly scaling business. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
