What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Aircall, you will take ownership of the design, build, and release pipeline for our Electron application — your role will involve ensuring that our desktop application integrates seamlessly with our web application and delivers a high-quality user experience. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in software development and will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your work will directly impact the way our customers interact with our AI-powered customer communications platform, helping them resolve issues faster and scale their teams effectively.
