What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for spinning up, scaling, and monitoring databases to support Aircall's AI-powered customer communications platform. You will work closely with developers to ensure that the tools you create abstract the complexities of database management, allowing them to focus on their core tasks. Your mission is to make the right way the easy way, ensuring that safety and security are baked into the database management processes by default.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their database needs and provide solutions that enhance their workflows. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you implement best practices and innovate on existing processes. You will also be expected to contribute to the overall strategy of the Infrastructure department, helping to shape the future of database management at Aircall.
