What you'll do

As a Database Engineer at Aircall, you will be responsible for spinning up, scaling, and monitoring databases autonomously. Your mission is to make 'The Right Way' the 'Easy Way' for developers who need database solutions. You will work closely with the Infrastructure department to ensure that all database operations are secure and follow best practices. You will also develop tools that simplify database management, allowing developers to focus on their core tasks without needing to be experts in AWS parameter groups or replication lag. Your role will involve continuous learning and adapting to new technologies to enhance the database infrastructure.
