What you'll do
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Aircall, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our AI-powered customer communications platform. You will work closely with the Communication Platform department to design and implement features that integrate voice, SMS, and AI capabilities into a seamless user experience. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and excellence in our delivery processes.
You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your contributions will help drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction by delivering features that resolve issues faster and enhance team productivity.
