What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the AI Platform at Airtable, you will lead a dedicated team focused on building the foundational infrastructure that powers AI experiences — your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of core agent architecture and AI evaluation systems. You will ensure that AI capabilities are reliable, scalable, and accessible to both internal teams and end users.
