What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Crusoe, you will lead a talented team dedicated to revolutionizing our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for architecting the foundation for our in-house AI agent infrastructure, ensuring that it is secure and scalable. Your role will involve designing on-ramps for internal teams to deploy and operate their agents effectively, following the “Crusoe” methodology.

You will play a critical role in optimizing workflows and integrating a unified observability layer to debug and observe agent behavior.
