What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Go Enterprise product area, you will lead a high-performing team of Full-Stack Engineers dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of Superhuman's proactive AI assistant. You will oversee the development of product experiences that cater to large organizations, ensuring they can securely adopt and manage Go. Your role will involve setting clear objectives for your team, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define the roadmap for Go's Enterprise features. Your technical expertise will guide architectural decisions and help your team navigate complex engineering challenges.
