You have 5+ years of experience in HR technology and systems management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects that enhance operational efficiency. Your deep expertise in Workday and other HR technologies allows you to navigate complex systems and implement scalable solutions that align with business goals. You possess a builder's curiosity, always looking for ways to innovate and improve processes through automation and intelligent systems.

You are a strategic thinker who can develop and own the People Systems roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's long-term objectives. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People and Business Technology, enables you to drive initiatives that support Airtable's mission and growth. You are comfortable working with data and analytics, using insights to inform decision-making and enhance system performance.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and results. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams. You are passionate about creating a positive employee experience and understand the critical role that well-designed systems play in achieving this.

Desirable

Experience with emerging technologies, particularly in the realm of AI and automation, is a plus. You are familiar with the latest trends in HR tech and are eager to explore how these can be integrated into Airtable's systems. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of Airtable's HR technology ecosystem, focusing on operational excellence through scalable systems and trusted data. You will develop and maintain the People Systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term scalability. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation and integration of Workday HCM with other People systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that systems are user-friendly and effective.

You will collaborate closely with the People and Business Technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, leveraging your expertise to deliver transformative solutions. Your role will involve analyzing system performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions that enhance the overall employee experience. You will also be responsible for training and supporting team members in the use of HR technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
