What you'll do
As an Engineering Manager at Airtable, you will lead the Admin & Governance team, focusing on developing the AI Governance framework that provides enterprise customers with the necessary controls for adopting AI confidently. You will oversee the design and implementation of governance features, ensuring they meet the needs of our largest clients.
You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define the roadmap for AI governance, prioritizing features that enhance security and user experience. Your role will involve mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
