You have a proven track record in customer insights and analytics, with experience leading teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Your analytical mindset allows you to dig deep into data, uncovering trends and insights that inform strategic decisions. You are collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align customer insights with business objectives.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights is key to driving customer-centric initiatives. You are passionate about understanding customer needs and behaviors, using this knowledge to enhance the overall customer experience.
What you'll do
As the Customer Insights Lead at Airwallex, you will spearhead initiatives to gather and analyze customer feedback, ensuring that the voice of the customer is integrated into product development and marketing strategies. You will lead a team of analysts, guiding them in their efforts to collect and interpret customer data, and translating these insights into actionable recommendations for the business.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer engagement strategies that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
